More than just the base of the pizza, the dough is what gives the pizza its texture, holds together the flavors, and—if done right—can make you feel like you’ve been transported right back to Italy. We at Fratellini has perfected the creation of dough for our pizzas and gnochi.
We use only the finest local produce, delivered daily, augmented with premium Italian ingredients for authenticity. We make our pizza bases and some of our pastas fresh daily from the finest Italian flour lovingly, prepared by our team of chefs, lead by Head Chef Malcolm Grant.
